Demeter Farm Mill Organic Pearled Barley has been lightly polished to remove part or all of the germ and bran, leaving just the ‘pearl’ inside. Pearled barley cooks faster than hulled barley.

With a chewy texture and nutty flavor, barley is a delicious grain that can be used in a number of ways. Barley is fantastic for adding flavour, fibre and texture to soups and salads.
