Located at the Old Railway Station, Railway Parade Beechworth. Come on down and join in the green-thumb good times.


The Patch to Patch Precinct is located at the Old Railway Station, open between 9am and 12pm on the day.

Register and pick up your map - our friendly volunteers will be able to guide you.

There’ll be a selection of delicious food options to fuel your journey, and local experts to share their knowledge.

Meander at your leisure to Beechworth’s most inspiring backyard veggie gardens and orchards - and meet their creators.


Once you’ve got your map, head off to our selection of gardens and orchards in Beechworth and surrounds.

Have a chat with the passionate backyard growers, check out what’s going on in their patch at the moment, share garden growing tips and orcharding information.

You’ll get plenty of ideas about patch planning, bed setup, mulching, composting, maybe even see a chook pen or two, all in the name of creating delicious, nutritious and self-sufficient food systems.
